Mamta got engaged to Prajith Padmanabhan, a Bahrain-based businessman, on 11 November 2011. The couple got married on 28 December 2011 in Thalassery.[20][21] They got divorced in December 2012.[22] In June 2024, Mamta revealed that she is in a relationship.[23]
